Satyam, Shivam, Sundaram turns Maaro

Popular Telugu actor Nitin's ongoingSatyam, Sivam, Sundaram, which marks the Telugu debut of veteran Malayalam director Siddique, has been renamed Maaro.

Produced by Mamidala Srinivas and K. Sagar under the banner of Sri Rajeswari Films, the film has almost completed its shooting, except one song. The producer informed that this last song will be choreographed on Nitin and heroine Meera Chopra (Nila) during the first half of December.

"Maaro is a hilarious comedy. I declined many Telugu offers in the past, including a remake of my own Malayalam film Godfather, since I wasn't confident about the language. Thanks to writer Chintapalli Ramana, who helped me come up with a watertight script and 'innumerable' comic punch lines, I am entering Tollywood," director Siddique said.

Abbas, Kota, Ali, Venumadhav, Raghubabu, Chalapati Rao, Narasimha Raju, Raja Sridhar, Raj Kiran, Ramaprabha, Rajyalakshmi, Kavita and others are in the cast. Dialogues are by Chintapalli Ramana; music is by Mani Sharma; camera is by Jayaram; editing is by T.R. Sekhar; Vasavi M. is the presenter.
