This is a special weekend for cinema lovers. Seven movies are releasing at Sathyam Cinemas, Chennai on November 27. Two English movies: Ninja Assassin, an action film starring Naomie Harris, Rain, Sung Kand in the lead and Meryl Streep-Amy Adams starrer Julie & Julia.
The long-awaited Yogi (Tamil) starring director Ameer as an action hero (for the first time) with Madhumita comes next in the list. Following Jeevan's super hit Naan Avan Illai, the sequel Naan Avan Illai 2 directed by Selva will also release with Sangitha and Lakshmi Rai in the lead roles. Renigunta directed by Paneerselvam starring debunant Johnny is the other Tamil film releasing this Friday. After many delays, Arya 2 (Telugu) with Allu Arjun and Kajal Aggarwal in the lead roles, will finally hit screens.
National Award winning director Priyadarshan's De Dhana Dan (Hindi) starring Akshay Kumar with a many other stars will get released the same day. This hype generated for this comedy has raised audience expectations.
