RGV's Daughter Calls Her Father As Ramu

Well, looks like some things come by inheritance. That was the feeling many expressed when they saw the Lakshmi talk show recently. Apparently, the guest for the evening happened to be the teenage daughter of none other than the genius eccentric movie maker Ram Gopal Varma.  Now, what caught the attention of many viewers was that this girl was addressing her father as ‘Ramu’ instead of ‘Daddy’ or ‘My father’ or at least ‘Ramu garu’. Though she maintained that he is most creative and other positive things, this didn’t go too well with the conventional Telugu viewers. They said that though this might be their culture of intimacy but then not addressing the father in a public forum in the right way was raising an eyebrow. Others say that the ‘care a damn’ attitude that Varma has towards many things seems to have passed on to his daughter as well and perhaps that’s why this is happening.
