Gautham Menon to direct Krishnudu

Vinayakudufame Krishnudu, currently busy shooting for director Sai Kiran Adivi's ongoingVillage Lo Vinayakudu(sequel ofVinayakudu), has been roped in to play a meaty role in Gautham Menon's Naga Chaitanya starrer, rumoured to be the Telugu version of ongoing Silambarasan-Trisha starrer Vinnaithandi Varuvaya (Tamil). This film is set to go on floors by the last week of November.


According to sources, Naga Chaitanya will be seen as an assistant director in this flick, produced by Manjula (Krishna’s daughter) under the banner of Indira Creations. However, Krishnudu's role is yet to be known. A.R. Rahman is scoring the music. Newcomer Samantha will be the heroine.
