The Tamil dubbed film ‘Aawara’ directed by Linguswamy featuring Karthi and Tamannah was recently released. K Gnanavel Raja is the producer. This is a youthful love story film with music by Yuvan Shankar Raja. Lyrics are penned by Chandra Bose, Vennelakanti and Bhuvanachandra. ‘Aawara’ titled as ‘Payya’ in Tamil was a big hit. The film is going to hit theaters by end of April.
Hoping for the success of the film in Telugu as in Tamil hero Karthi said, “My first film‘Yuganiki Okkadu’ was appreciated by the Telugu audience and was made successful. I hope this film will also impress the audience here. ‘Aawara’ is a complete entertainer. It is a story of a boy and a girl. The major part of the film was shot on the road. The hero’s characterization is such that he roams around without any responsibilities taking life as it comes.”
Director Linguswamy commented, “After ‘Pandemkodi’ I’m sure that ‘Aawara’ will fetch me a good name in Telugu.”
