The Mozart of Madras will perform at the Sydney Festival on 16th January 2010. The event is Australia’s prevalent annual arts festival that brings in a wide range of Australian and international show.Rahman will present a special free outdoor concert at Parramatta as a part of the Sydney Festival Programme this year. The Oscar Award winner plans to throw light on recent attacks on Indian students who study in Australia and boost cultural diplomacy and friendliness with his performance.
The New South Wales Government in conjunction with Sydney Festival will host the event from January 9th to 30th at Parramatta Park.
