The Audio of Deva Katta’s ‘Prasthanam’ is all set to hit the music markets on December 6th in Vijayawada. Mahesh Shankar is the music composer. The film starring Sharwanand and new face Ruby Parihar is being produced by Ravi Vallabhaneni under VRC Media Entertainments banner. The film is being made on political backdrop and the major part ofthe film was shot in Vijayawada. It speaks about the rise of young leader in politics. Interestingly Sekhar Kammula’s ‘Leader’ is also being made on similar lines. So very soon we will come to know about the two directors’ point of view. While ‘Leader’ is releasing on December 21st, ‘Prasthanam’ is getting ready to hit screens during first week of January, 2010.
Now regarding the audio lanuch, the makers of the film have announced a contest exclusively for youth. The participants have to narrate the incidents in the quality of their leadership. Out of the entries received, the lucky 25 contestants will get the opportunity to release ‘Prasthanam’ cassettes and CDs in Vijayawada.
