Thunder in Merupu’s shooting

Chennai is famous for water scarcity. You can see scores of people with buckets and pots fighting for water. But in the case of director Dharani, the same water has become the enemy. He had to stop the shooting of Ram Charan Teja’s ‘Merupu’ for a couple of days due to heavy rains. The specially laid set in B & C Mills in Chennai is looking deserted with this decision and one wonders what Kajal is doing in this unofficial vacation. It’s expected that the shooting might restart after a week.
