Sultan to appear after Robo

Rajinikanth’s dual projects ‘Robo’ and ‘Sultan’ are simultaneously progressing. While we all know about Rajinikanth’s stamina in south as well as north, his daughter Soundarya Rajinikanth, who is making a 3-D animated film ‘Sultan’ that features Rajini, has announced that ‘Sultan’ would be released only after ‘Robo’ which means in the second half of 2010. ‘Robo’ directed by Shankar is most likely in early 2010.

Soundarya expressed her confidence over the film and said on commercial basis ‘Sultan’ will be at par with Rajinikanth’s other films. On technical aspect it is getting delayed due to the film being in 3-D animated format. There are six sound tracks in ‘Sultan’ composed by none other than AR Rahman. Similar to his earlier films there is an introduction song on Rajinikanth combined with all his films and the buzz is that SP Balasubramaniam is going to lend his voice to this song.
