Anushka will act only with top stars

Anushka made her debut in Kollywood opposite Madhavan in Rendu. The movie did not do well, but that did not prevent this good looking gal from getting more offers, though not from Kollywood. But everything happens for a good reason! In Anushka’s case it was a fabulous reason – she was soon floored with offers from Tollywood where she swiftly rose to the top, threatening to topple reigning queen Ileana. She scorched the scene with her super sexy role in the Telugu remake of Ajith’s Billa, playing Sasha, even hotter than Nayantara. And now, she’s back in Kollywood, posing fierce competition to all the young starlets who were complacent in their self-defined niches.

Vettaikaran, Anushka’s Tamil comeback vehicle, was supposed to release this Diwali, but that did not. Did that upset her? No way! Anushka diary is stacked with offers and she’s taking her time cherry-picking the best! She’s agreed to work in Singam with Suriya, and readily accepted a role opposite his brother Karthi for Siruthai. However, for reasons unknown, Siruthai is on hold indefinitely, leaving her to pick another movie. While Lingusamy is supposedly offering her a role in his next movie with Simbu, we hear that a whole lot of directors are eager to book her time. Anushka, however, is playing coy. She is not prepared to act with just anybody – only actors in the big league, she says. Is she dreaming to be in Ajith’s next? Maybe!
