The most awaited movie of the season happens to be ‘Arya 2’ and before the film has arrived, the songs are rocking the charts. However, it appears that one song which has become the highlight is most likely to be under the scanners of the censor board soon.
We are talking about the song ‘Ringa Ringa’ and one line in particular has raised few eyebrows. The line goes ‘veta kaththi ontloki doosi-siggu guththi tenchesaaru…’ which directly refers to the hymen of a virgin as many can understand (as that is called ‘siggu pora’ in Telugu…here the term is used as ‘siggu guththi’ that is sounding more vulgar).
Lyricist Chandrabose seems to have taken the direct path for this one. At least earlier, he was indirect with the line ‘nee gurram kosam techchaa nene vechchanaine gaddi…’ for one of the songs in the movie ‘Simhadri’. Though censor didn’t object then people objected to it. This time, it remains to be seen how the censor would react to kaththi and guththi…
