Satyam Nipuna to do ‘Varudu’ CG for Rs.2.75 crores!

The use of Computer Graphics in Telugu films has grown by leaps and bounds over the past few years. Almost every film these days is benefiting from CG. Films like Arundhati and Magadheera took the standards of Visual effects and CG to a whole new level. The latest film to walk the same line is Allu Arjun’s ‘Varudu’. The latest news is that Satyam Nipuna has been roped in for the CG work in ‘Varudu’.

The CG work includes set extensions which will enrich the visual experience for the audience. Satyam Nipuna is reportedly being paid Rs.2.75 crores for this CG work. Gunasekhar who had earlier directed films like Okkadu, Arjun is directing this film. DVV Danaiah is producing this film under the banner of Universal Media.

Tamil hero Arya has been roped in to play a negative character in the film. A new heroine has been cast opposite Allu Arjun. Suhasini, Naresh, Asish Vidyarthi, Sayaji Shinde, Ahuti Prasad, Brahmanandam, Brahmaji, Vinay Prasad and others are in the cast Mani Sharma is composing the music for this film. The film is set to release in the last week of March, 2010.
