It is very unfortunate that every Telugu speaking person (no matter to which region he belongs in AP) today is in an embarrassing state due to two strong sects. Yes! Daggubati Rana’s film shoot was disrupted by the workers of Singareni coal fields at Kothagudam because his ancestors are Hyderabad settlers. But before the situation became serious, Rana interfered and convinced them by saying that he or his unit members are not against the formation of Telangana. The workers left the place after Rana said ‘Jai Telangana’. Later the shooting continued peacefully at same place.
You all must be wondering in what shooting is Rana participating at present. Right! It is his debut film ‘Leader’ for which Sekhar Kammula is doing some patch work as he felt it essential now. ‘Leader’ is all set to release during the 2nd week of January. The exact date would be announced shortly.
