A R Rahman had already reached great heights by achieving various national and international prestigious awards including that of two Oscars. We need not be surprised if he achieves anything beyond this being an emperor of music.
Hollywood filmmaker, writer and actor Steven Spielberg, who made many magnanimous films like 'Jaws', ‘Jurassic Park’, 'Raiders of Lost Ark', etc., poured his appraisals on AR Rahman recently. He, not only said that he heard Rahman’s musical scores, but also expressed his desire to work with him. So far John Williams was his favourite musician and now he feels that the next best musician is AR Rahman. This compliment is much bigger than the two Oscars for Rahman, isn’t it! We are proud of you Rahman Saheb!
